Hunter Lane is the Chief Product Officer at OM1, where he leads Product and Engineering to deliver AI-enabled real-world evidence platforms that accelerate research, commercialization, and healthcare improvement.
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare technology, Hunter most recently served as Senior Director of Product at Tempus, where he launched its flagship platform and helped grow its genomics business to $452M in annual revenue. His work supported over half of U.S. oncologists and fueled research at 95% of the top 20 pharma companies. He also led the development of Tempus One, a generative AI assistant for healthcare professionals.
Hunter has built and scaled products that bring next-generation sequencing, clinical trial matching, and AI-powered tools into clinical workflows. He has led high-performing teams across four continents and played a key role in multiple successful startup exits. He holds several patents in health data and AI, lectures on healthcare innovation at Northwestern’s MBAi program, and holds a degree in International Business from Loyola University Chicago.
