OM1 extracts PsO subtypes (plaque, pustular, erythrodermic, guttate, seborrheic, inverse, scalp and nail) from the clinical notes and approximately a third of patients have at least one record. Subtypes are located in the Observation Table. The majority of patients have plaque psoriasis.

Bodily location (e.g., scalp, abdomen, legs) is also extracted from the clinical notes when explicitly stated in a small subset of patients. Please note that ‘nail’ and ‘scalp’ can be both a subtype and a location.
