SLEDAI is estimated by OM1 using unstructured data in the clinical note. A patient’s patient’s SLEDAI score category: no activity (0), mild activity (1), moderate activity (2) or high/very high activity (3) at the time of a medical encounter.
The following affirmed or denied symptoms, are extracted by OM1 from the clinical notes. Symptoms include: Abdominal Pain Severity Blood in Stool Frequency Diarrhea Fatigue Urgency Weight Loss
While the Mayo score is used in clinical trials, it is not commonly calculated in routine clinical practice. Mayo scores are abstracted by OM1 when they do appear in the clinical notes. OM1 extracts PsO subtypes (plaque, pustular, erythrodermic, guttate, seborrheic, inverse, scalp and nail) from the clinical notes and approximately a third of patients have at least one record.
